Fun events for riders looking for something different.  Come spend a day, a weekend or a week with us and enjoy unique training and riding opportunities.  Events are family-friendly and suitable for all experience levels.  Your horse is always welcome!  Lodging, food, and horses available for some events.

Horseback Geocaching — Join us in the beautiful Texas Hill Country for a high-tech treasure hunt on horseback! Teams of 2-4 riders use a hand-held GPS to find hidden treasures (caches). Teams compete in a variety of challenges to test their horsemanship and navigation skills. Come enjoy this unique sport!

Trail Rides — Enjoy scenic trail rides in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. See the homes of old settlers, the swimming hole, and wildlife.  (Bring your horse!)

Competitive Trail Clinics — Are you preparing for a competition with one of the competitive trail organizations? Do you want to improve your form and your horsemanship? Do you want to be more confident on the trail? The competitive trail clinic is for you! Learn to de-sensitize your horse — plastic bags, hanging vines, a bag of cans. Practice the common obstacles used in competitive trail challenges — gates, bridges, logs, water crossings — then try out your training on the trail.

Team Building — Do you have a group that wants to have fun while building a strong team? In a series of carefully crafted exercises, your team will participate in cutting and sorting, all on horseback. Cooperation grows as team members work together to accomplish a goal. It’s no typical day at the office, but one you’ll talk about for years! Horses provided!

Playdays – Playdays are challenging and just plain fun. Try your hand at barrels, poles, keyhole, goat tying, and other speed and horsemanship events. We like to get creative!
